There were a few dry nets in a match that proved difficult. This is a surprisingly large venue with a lot of islands and other features but a lack of hungry fish.
Barry was catching in the edge to frame 1st with 25lb. Mel’s most successful attack was the feeder to the island, catching carp to 3lb and the odd chub. Meanwhile, Guy still managed to extend the points gap, and Martin moves ahead of Dan on the leader board.
